I've never seen a team literally melt away in every game in the NBA Finals like the Spurs. Many teams have been overmatched and swept, but there's never been a team that was clearly superior, held a double digit lead in every game, yet choked every time. Spurs couldn't man up at all. They couldn't compete under pressure. Mitch Johnson coached the worst Finals series ever seen. I'm glad I'm not a Spurs fan. They're not recovering from this.

Tennessee are the worst of any we have encountered before in Omaha.

Nobody will talk about Wemby not boxing out on Hart’s missed free throw.. Brunson wins a ring, shakes hand with Mitch right away.. Wemby to the locker room 👋🏻 .. just things you learn over time to become a champion.
-
I am not a LeBron fan but look who he played with his first few years.. Wemby isn’t perfect and needs to get in better shape and toughen up too
-
The word JAG gets thrown around way too often. Harper/Castle are not that. Wemby could not ask for a better cast at 22 years old. Relax.
-
The spurs need a second star because right now it’s wemby and a bunch of JAGS. Can’t expect wemby to be the star he is every night with not much help.
-
Obviously the future is bright but unfortunately there are no guarantees in sports especially in the western conference. Coming in peace as a Knicks fan who enjoyed the physically and grit of this series: - Harper is a dog, never seen a rookie so physical at the rim -Wemby is not invincible but he will only continue to get better. Conditioning in playoffs will be a concern, should try to get a decent backup big -Don’t know $$ situation tied to Fox but obviously know the situation there. I do like Castle a lot so him and Harper can be a dangerous combo but I know Gerry mentioned a few times of Castle needing to be “the guy” so interesting how that will play out -OG was the X factor of this series -I have to say one negative thing I’m sorry.. i’m so happy I don’t need to see castle do his dumb little shoulder shrug and hands up emotion anymore.. every single play.. hell of a series, Spurs are legit and let’s turn the page to Texas football..

Rough series if you’re a Spurs fan. Still showed a lot of fight, but the Knicks just had better execution in the big moments.

BlowU’s junior slugger from Canada has been their catalyst in the late season. The dude is 6’5 230lb catcher. His name is Deiten Lachance and they call him big maple. Get ready for a lot of hoopla over him. He injured his ankle and was hobbling, but still knocked a homer against bama. The talking heads will love this story and run with it.
-
Tough game for them to not show up to. Can't afford to play like this against great competition. Georgia had some really good pitching and took advantage of opportunities with their bats. Game got away from us at the end but I think Georgia was in full control from the get go. Anyway, gotta shake it off and take it to Bama.

“Shrinking in the biggest moments”. All 3 sports have won conference titles, went deep in postseason play and have delivered plenty of big wins. If losing a super regional last weekend would have been considered “shrinking in the biggest moments”, then you can’t say a win isn’t delivering in a big moment. As Mack Brown said, “the only big games to some fans are the ones you lose.”

Will this adjust some based off of the draft? Speaking of the draft - what are we anticipating losses wise from the current roster, and from the HS recruits?

I'll trust the judgment and decisions of the coach with back to back Nattys

I put this question in the chat yesterday about seeing a tick down on Defense because of the real grass and dirt field on Bases Loaded. You guys acted like it wasn’t a big deal because they have played a bunch of games on those type of fields and I think it played more into the game than you thought. I agree with Schloss, worst game defensively I’ve seen all year. Don't know if it had to do with the field or the lights were too bright but either way they can’t afford for it to happen again.
