  1. Past hour
  2. Sark was asked about it after the game. His response: “I don’t know. News to me.”
  3. Lol coming out of the half, Michigan RB Haynes goes to the house for a long TD run. That looked way too easy on this "elite" DL of Oklahoma.
  4. Anyone want to acknowledge whatever Arch did to his shoulder? Watch the throw with around 4:00 left in the 2nd quarter. He grimaces like this after half a dozen (low) throws through the game. Y’all want to ruin this kid or are we going to sit him a few low profile games? He has not looked right this year, since early in the Ohio State game.
  5. Mateer looks pretty decent against Michigan 12-18 160 yards 1 td and 1 int. He also happens to be their leading rusher with 9 carries for 30 yards and another td. Seems like he is their offense at the moment. Up 14-0 on Michigan at half time right now. Any other games of interest right now?
  6. Quinn Ewers is a Texas Longhorn Legend .
  7. He had bad moments in all his years here, I guess people forget his first season here and the up's/downs. He definitely is no bum though and deserved his place here.
  8. Gotcha, it was hard to see even on replay. I thought initially he got his shoulder driven into the ground.
  9. Quinn did have bad moments last year. Not denying that, but there were people acting like quinn was a complete bum and should be playing at North Texas
  10. He got punched in the head/ear hole and his arms went limp for a second
  11. I always appreciated Quinn but let's not pretend like he didn't have some bad games himself. Though I can't deny a 4th year starting QB coming back would've been great but he definitely had way more weapons than Arch has at the moment. If our top WR is Parker Livingstone, that is not a good thing (no offense to Parker he's my dude). So far Wingo not living up to his hype or level, Moore has been MIA, although I know he's injured. But before I get side tracked again, love Quinn and everything he did here at Texas, the good, the bad and the ugly. That guy is always going to be a Longhorn.
  12. Arch is playing like a home run hitter. Great ability to hit bombs but need to work on simple things to truly maximize the talent.
  13. We’re done with the back and forth bickering in this thread. If you have something to say to each other, do it somewhere else.
  14. Mookie limped off, didn’t see him return to the game
  15. Our running game is ass. Central Michigan Chippewas ran for 236 yards against this team, we ran for 86. The stats don't lie.
  16. Starting to wonder a bit if Sark is too smart for his own good. Can we just do a simple zone read now and again, use Arch as a threat on most every run play. You don’t have to run him but using him as a constraint seems like a no brainer and we aren’t doing it. Even the NFL is using their QB as a runner. Can we use a little misdirection please? Like the first play from scrimmage. Other than that we are so vanilla. It’s ok to be creative, even the NFL is creative these days. Feels like we are trying to be the tough guy and not playing to our strengths.
  17. Leavitt is 4 for 12 with 7 yards in the first half against Miss ST!
  18. We got two weeks to sort out our issues, they got two weeks of getting beat the f*ck up lol.
  19. If they are 1-3 coming into that game, I hope they're prepared to be 1-4.
  20. Thanks Jeff. I appreciate the thorough and frank analysis.
  21. Hey talk to 'em bro LOL.
  22. We have two cream puffs and an off week before we play Florida. They play LSU and Miami. Who do you think will have more injuries? And we are a deeper team.
  23. Plus they won't make that a night game over Miami @ FSU so Texas might avoid that as well
