  1. Past hour
  2. I’ve been saying this. No matter the number, don’t expect a fair or transparent system. Ambiguity, controversy, and debate mean ratings.
  3. Wait till raiola finds out he has to tear his ACL next to copy his idol
  4. First team was David Bailey and Cashius Howell. I think Simmons is better than either of them, but I can at least understand it. Second team was John Henry Daley (okay, I get it…he had a ton of production this year) and Rueben Bain. Bain makes NO sense. They clearly wanted to reward his career, not his season. The dude had 4.5 sacks!!!! Great talent, but Simmons had a demonstrably better year. Third team was Caden Curry (I get it, awesome player, but they are clearly rewarding him for being a senior) and some dude from Western Michigan with 14.5 sacks (let’s see him do it against P4 competition). You can rationalize all their selections, but the reality is that it’s a joke.
  5. Didn't have Dan Lanning striking out in the portal at QB on my bingo card lol
  6. Will Compton must be in shambles
  7. Dylan Raiola is expected to enter the portal according to Pete Nakos. I heard Oregon a week or two as a team to watch.
  8. Interesting the SEC first team left tackle isn't on there.
  9. Watch for Florida to make a run at Duke QB Darian Mensah. Played for Sumrall at Tulane in 2024.
  10. What makes the Simmons snub indefensible Is that the AP actually distinguishes between edge rushers and interior defensive linemen. I refuse to believe there are six better edge defenders in America than Colin Simmons.
  11. Probably the top QB imo
  12. I’ve thought the same thing for a while
  13. There's no way a majority of these goobers actually watch football on Saturday's
  14. Anthony Hill was a second-team selection at linebacker. Taaffe was a third-team selection at safety. Colin Simmons was not named to the AP All-America team.
  15. Short answer: when ESPN finishes counting the ad inventory. Longer answer: sooner than later. The deadline slip to January 23 tells you everything—this isn’t about competitive balance, it’s about packaging the chaos without losing a single studio show. Nobody’s walking away from the ratings sugar rush. Translation: 16 teams is inevitable. The only suspense left is whether they roll it out as a “response to feedback” or pretend it was always part of the master plan.
  16. Florida fans seem really happy he is leaving, take that for what you will
  17. he was a lacrosse star in high school committed to Navy at our biggest rival... switched over to football in his post grad year at avon before going to wisco. Really athletic dude
  18. As much as you love protecting Kyle Food though?!? I kid 😂😂
