The beginning of the end of Sark
Chinadoll10 replied to PrisonMike's topic in On Texas Football Forum
My problem with this logic is Texas, as a program, should be beyond that. Texas should never be rebuilding, not in this day and age, and that is in fact on Sark. Ultimately he makes a lot of money, and he needs to justify through performance the earning of that money. -
Please explain how Sark is supposed to go on the field and make routine passes for Arch. Arch is clearly having confidence issues. If he gets those fixed, I’m sure this offense looks immensely different and all the cryers calling for Sark’s head would be doing the opposite and wanting to anoint him and build a statue in front of DKR. We have to let Arch figure out what’s going on in his head. We don’t have a choice. If he can’t figure it out this season, I’m guessing things will be changing drastically in the offseason. People were calling for Mack too during the Simms/Applewhite years and then we ended up with a natty and 2 seasons that arguably could’ve ended that way barring 2 miraculous plays. Not an Aaron Rodgers fan but I will quote him here. R-E-L-A-X…

Sark is loved by the University administration and by the big money donors if this yr ends at 8-4/7-5 and next yr is another disappointment then I believe he will be on the hot seat in 27. However I believe in the guy. I think he gets us fixed and back to 10 or 11 wins next yr and good chance at CFP. If not 27 will be a must win yr for him imho

So glad we are not in the Big XII anymore - I truly appreciate that the SEC calls out bad officiating & does something about it.

i thought it would be “Texas scared of losing in their upcoming trip Starkville” -
the other thing people don’t often realize is that Florida also has the academic excellent pitch that UT does. It’s constantly ranked the number one or close to the number one public university in the US. Ironically, I even lived there with my family for three months last year and it’s actually a very lovely town, especially if you have kids.

Very surprising indeed. I always thought you had met a woman before… -
Now here’s a guy who gets it 😭

Marcus Freeman- Florida
LonghornFan4Ever replied to Texas fan in Georgia's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Or Freeman gets hired to be HC, Sark gets demoted to OC so he can put full focus into his passion, and Kyle Flood and AJ Milwee remain on staff as Co-OCs haha -
So what @Gerry Hamilton is saying we are firing sark after this year and getting Marcus freeman got it 😭😭
-
Seems like they took Gerry's advice, that he would be a better long term option and wrote him a blank check offer.

Ohio State yes, Texas probably not. Is there a connection to Texas I'm not aware of or you think it's a big enough job that he would consider it? Plus considering you always said you hire the opposite of what you had, so next up for Texas HC would be a "defensive" guy.
