  2. Fair enough but I can go to a casino and be entertained for many hours for less than it costs to attend a sports event.
  3. 1. Personally don’t believe it’s something God is pleased with. 2. It’s not wise and you’ll inevitably lose money.
  4. I asked Ja'Tavion Sanders about his "JS" autograph. He said that Topps and Panini made him sign so many cards and stickers that his hand started to cramp, so he just wrote his initials. He's got a few full-signature autos, but part of the problem is that Topps and Panini don't need autographs in every product. With that said, with the way box prices are, they've got to have the autographs for "hits." It's a double-edged sword, I hope Fanatics sorts out.
  5. I guess that would depend, at least partially, on what the findings and/or punishment is.
  6. I’m trying to get there. I was at the SEC Championship.
  7. P.s.s. I'd like to bubble wrap some guys Oct 15-Nov 1. Basically, the SEC title game is the ONLY game we can shrug off after that.
  8. I know we have PTSD based on the last decade+, but … The bar for the team, expressed by Sark himself, is competing for a Natty every year. Hedging/accepting a couple losses, with the current talent base, is contradictory. This is the new reality … and I love it. Go for the highest expectations every year and see how the chips fall. Be disappointed with 2 losses. All gas no breaks
  9. Like it? No. Take it if still means CFP and especially with a championship at the end? Every time, yes! Take it and fall short? That depends on the momentum Arch carries into '26.... 10-2 despite key injuries and losing by a fg in the nat'l championship with bad referree calls > 12-0 followed by a SEC title game turd vs say, Bama or LSU, and then an early cfp exit. P.s. I'd rank the desire to win these games like this: Georgia, A&M, OSU, OU, Florida. Losing to Florida and OU would be the best 10-2 scenario but BOYYYYY would we all be in a meltdown headed to Lexington.
  10. My first thought is does this increase the chances of Malakai Lee flipping to Texas?
  11. It’s always nice when players understand the assignment when it comes to autographing memorabilia.
  12. I would imagine they'll end up picking someone up. They can't go into the season with that backup QB situation, considering who their starter is.
  13. Today
  14. SP+ is a tempo- and opponent-adjusted measure of college football efficiency. It is a predictive measure of the most sustainable and predictable aspects of football, not a résumé ranking, and, along those same lines, these projections aren't intended to be a guess at what the AP Top 25 will look like at the end of the year. These are simply early offseason power rankings based on the information we have been able to gather to date. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/45966848/college-football-2025-preseason-sp+-rankings

  15. I was doing some research during Coffee and Football this morning and came to the realization that exactly 50% of starting SEC QBs in 2025 are transfers. John Mateer (Washington State - OU) Zach Calzada (A&M/Auburn/Incarnate Word - Kentucky) Jackson Arnold (OU - Auburn) Joey Aguilar (UCLA - Tennessee) Beau Pribula (Penn State -Missouri) Blake Shapen (Baylor - Mississippi State) Diego Pavia (New Mexico State - Vanderbilt) Taylen Green (Boise State - Arkansas) It's also worth mentioning that there are zero third year starters at the position in the SEC this season.
  16. A 10-2 Texas with a win at Ohio State and at one of Florida/Georgia is in the playoff 100% of the time. So yes, I’ll take a guaranteed playoff spot if offered that today.
  17. In this scenario, it would be best to lose at OSU and Florida. That would mean Texas would build toward wins against OU, Georgia, and A&M. The narrative would instantly shift about Texas if it beats Georgia, and it would also mean that Texas would be undefeated since Week 5. It would have a strong case for both the SEC championship and would be an extremely hot team going. Into the playoffs.
  18. No, because we are better than every team on our schedule. They only game I will concede is UGA until we prove we can beat them
