Their wideouts are relatively young. I think the room will be one of the better ones in all of college football next season regardless of imports but being cautious of exports. I think Wingo, Moore, Mosley, Livingstone, Bishop, Kohen Brown, Lockett, Mccutcheon will all eventually be NFL players.

I don't think Texas is going to be bashful this go-around. This level of aggressiveness tells me they can accomplish both (and all) of their goals.

They would have just sat quietly until the person was ready to announce and one has to think that it would have been before signing day. For grins, let's assume that it's Deboer, and because his team is still in the hunt for the playoffs, he didn't want to pull a Lane Kiffin. Well he's just making it harder on himself when he does go to Penn St. Why would he make it better for the old employer than for the new one? That's why I don't think he's going. Kiffin's move may have been a douche move, but he had to move before signing day in order to prevent recruits from bailing.
