  1. Past hour
  2. I'm right there with you. There are MULTIPLE people that have played high level football, both college and pros, or have covered it extensively, saying that arch will be fine, but give it time. But nooope, here it is on Thursday and it's still going. I'm almost to the point that I'm hoping Arch and the offense play well enough to win the SEC and/or make or win the National Championship just to spite the worriers.
  3. Lol thanks for posting
  4. After reading this post, I had a heart attack. I am posting this from an ambulance on the way to the emergency room. Not worried about dying but I am very concerned about A. Manning.
  5. We have had a post about are multiple times a day about the same stuff and it’s been going on since Saturday please mods at some point put a stop to it lock people out from posting i get im crying like a baby but good god enough is enough. I knew it was going to be bad when he took over I just didn’t think this board would turn into orange bloods message boards levels. Sorry rant over lol 😂
  6. There were three big time throws arch completed in the 4Q that should have him feeling somewhat confident. Endries on the sideline, Livingstone TD & Livingstone 4th down attempt. All elite NFL level throws.
  7. They just wanna see him do it in the big four regular season matchups remaining, five depending on how you view Arkansas. I'm sure he'll bounce back in these next three games, but they wanna see him do it in the Swamp, the Cotton Bowl, Between the Hedges, and in Austin against their other two rivals.
  8. When the guy in charge of making everybody laugh has to become serious for a moment, the entire party stalls. 😉
  9. friendswood isn't sending their best
  10. I've had to adjust my expectations immensely. I went from Natty or bust, to hopefully playoffs. I had way too much Kool aid. I don't know about Arch anymore.
  11. Going to try and make this one 🤘
  12. Woof. That man has a family.
  13. Criminal sooners are in the same boat. It's not a coincidence that as soon as everyone could pay legally, they took a steep hit. Now all you hear from them is finding value in the bargain shopping market. Clearly, schools with marginal resources that previously succeeded by cheating aren't going to keep up with legitimate big money programs.
  14. When Joe Zura is the voice of reason on this website everybody needs a timeout, imho.
  15. I think NIL has really done a great job creating parity in football. We can't prove it, but we know it for certain that Alabama had a bag man and could stack talent on talent on talent. With NIL the talent is dispersed a little better. Not only can't a school like Bama get all or most of the blue chip recruits in a cycle, they also can't keep other teams from getting those blue chip recruits. Now where Bama only had to compete with OSU, Clemson, sometimes LSU, they now have to compete with those schools previously mentioned and Texas, Oregon, USC... Bama is in a bad spot right now and say or think what you want. Saban saw the effect of NIL and was like I'm out.
  16. Today
  17. I'm not worried about Arch at all. Maybe Sark needs to call a QB draw or bootleg to get him moving and let him take a hit or 2 to get him going. Whatever it is, I'm sure that between Sark, Arch, Milwee, Flood amd Bimonte that they can find the best way to get him on track.
  18. Would really like to make the Hays City Store a weekly thing. Hopefully, some folks can make it out.
  19. No kidding. I guess if we don't blowout SJSU by 60 we're going to hear this and the "creativity" mantra until our ears are ringing. Rather have "creative" comments than play calls that are more likely to fail than work.
  20. Arch can go 30/30 7tds no picks and it still won't be enough. Because well he did have a bad game the first start of the season.
  21. He will be fine.
  22. Jesus are we going to have a post like this after every single game that arch starts while at Texas GOOD GOD YALL go breathe or something.
  23. He will be okay. Don't overanalyze. Literally his 3rd game starting and 1st against a formidable opponent. Let him grow Texas fans, let him grow. National media hype has almost taken the humanity from Arch. He was never immune to what happened Saturday against Ohio state despite his great family or football background. Experience is the only way these guys are going to improve.
  24. I'm more optimistic than pessimistic, but Arch wasn't someone I was worrying about before Ohio State. I just want to see him be himself again, and I think the rest will take care of itself.
  25. I'm not worried about Arch.
  26. Didn't some laugh at the thought of getting 200k subscribers this year? OOps
  27. I'm sure some are thinking red zone calls weren't "creative" enough. First red zone opportunity was fine. Arch actually made a good throw to Livingstone. It was good coverage and you can't really blame Livingstone for not making the catch. Don't like the way the goal line QB sneak unfolded. Not necessarily a bad call, but when they got to line of scrimmage and saw how OSU was stacked for the sneak. I would say there should have been a timeout or audible option. These were both individual plays that aren't indicative of systemic problems. If it keeps happening this season, then you can get worried.
