Well, taking back $5 million certainly wouldn’t help Sorsby’s mental health, and Tech has been very outspoken about protecting and supporting his mental health. Obviously, this is a joke before anyone takes it seriously.

This is the perfect time for Cody Campbell and Joey McGuire to declare, as @Gerry Hamilton said, that he is no longer a part of the team as a result of this and agree with the NCAA’s decision.

Cody Campbell is such a hypocrite. Putting tv commercials out their taking about saving college athletics, but then tries to circumvent ncaa gambling rules and the overall fabric of competitive sports. If the courts allow a gambling addict to participate in a team sport then Texas tech and Cody Campbell have done more to potentially hurt college athletics than anyone.
