  1. Past hour
  2. Definitely some big positives: 1. Run D was impressive for the most part. 2. Only 1 big play given up. Guilbeau may be replaced by Black/Phillips before too much longer. 3. Offensive line was the best my eyes have seen in a long time for Texas. Arch wasn't under pressure for most of the game and opened good lanes for running. 4. Punter may be the second coming of Dickson. Some big concerns: 1. Arch not accurate at all for much of the game, especially the short and intermediate. 2. Receives struggled mightily getting open for much of the game. 3. Not seeing much in terms of a true game breaker on the team. There's no one that looks like they can just take off and score at any time.
  3. Dude. He lost ONE game. Let’s give him some time. 🤣
  4. Arch Manning says it was man coverage on the INT, and he forced it. Says he wish he took off or found someone else.
  5. Ethan Burke: “this isn’t the end of our journey” Burke says he is pumped to get back to work on Monday and Tuesday.
  6. Yeah you go for it there every time. Unfortunately it ended up exactly like 2023 Red River and 2024 Cotton Bowl. Zero improvement in our ability to punch it in against a good defense.
  7. We can actually run the ball between the tackles this year. We made holes consistently. 5 yoc for Wisner and 4 for Baxter who is clearly not fully healthy yet. If the QB can start hitting the broad side of a barn, we will be dangerous. If this is Arch's worst game after finally showing some life in that 4th quarter, I'll take it. Never felt this good after a loss. I mean, we were flat out better on the line of scrimmage against the defending champs. It's not a bad place to start. Also, NO major injuries. The noncon games are glorified scrimmages. Especially game 1, I don't think it will be held against us much when it comes to CFP seeding. Just need to get it done in the Swamp and go win the SEC.
  8. He did him no favors early on with the playcalling to get him going especially on the road.
  9. Then why didn't we give it to him on the goal line?
  10. Everything was good enough - with the exceptions of Sark and Arch
  11. Was thinking the same!
  12. So he knew Arch was better after getting hit, and in a game where nerves are understandable, he doesn’t run him?
  13. The lack of creativity from Sark is baffling. Of all games to her in your bag, it’s this one. Instead he went mayo on white bread.
  14. He probably isn’t giving up playcalling at all, and he definitely isn’t giving it up in the middle of a damn season. It’s wasted breath. Let’s revisit in December or January.
  15. Happy to own 2 of the 5 from NT collegiate last year. Don’t mind sitting on them for a while.
  16. They were ranked #1 by their peers and the consensus. Its like Sark rolled out vanilla and doesn't really care. Investigate him for money line mateering lol😂
  17. Sarkisian says again that incorporating more Arch QB runs might be best in the future.
  18. Sark on Arch: "The expectations were out of control on the outside, but I’d say let’s finish the book before we judge it. This is one chapter and we have a long season to play."
  19. Certainly hard to get excited about the playcalling and WRs but unfortunately neither of those really even mattered when the QB is so completely incapable of executing any aspect of the passing game. Still very optimistic about him this year but Arch played losing football today. Sucks
  20. Actually agree. Also day was smart enough to realize he can’t call a game and be a HC and made the change. That change got him a title.
