The silence on this topic is deafening. Texas lost three players to the portal and has only added one. Since the one addition, Texas has not done a single thing and no quality players are left. Texas has needs and roster spots to fill regardless of the freshmen class I am tired of hearing about. This is frustrating. I’ve never been so disappointed in Vic.

The Portal plan worked well for Indy. I like what we did this year in the Portal for OL.... I suspect we have a nice High School OL class along with spots left for the portal.

Unless they are big enough recruits to start day one like Banks and you have them for three years building player to player chemistry and better knowledge of the offense overall.

OL is still a major concern Penalties have been a problem for Sark overall and Flood especially (OL represents a big chunk of penalties over the past 5 years) Flood has not been able to improve on this in 5 years (so its not a 1 time thing or a youth/inexperience thing by itself) OL remains a major concern until proven otherwise. Flood has not proven himself yet.

Oldacre got waived, however, Rori keeps making plays for the Mystics. Her and Amoore are two similar point guards. I am hoping they keep both as interchangeable parts.

I admit I don't understand. Baseball is a specialization sport when it comes to pitching, so it's more or less unheard of to have a guy that can pitch great and also play great offense; but there have always been great offensive and defensive players in other sports. When I watch Ohtani, I don't think he's one of the greatest athletes I've ever seen.

We are currently at 2-0 with a 0.38 ERA and 0.75 WHIP, plus 6 HR's this year. I do think pitching takes away from his overall offensive production. He's not hitting on pitching days this season right now.

We have one of the top rosters and delph in college football. We will lose top recruits in this era with the money out there especially if someone wants a kid bad enough. Some schools, Oregon and Tech are ignoring the cap thing. We will be fine. Hear this every year.
