  1. Past hour
  2. I’m going with Burke! He’s really came into his own as a well rounded player and developed like a champ while here. Randall is a darn good one too!!
  3. As the countdown rolls on, we’ve reached a number that doesn’t have a long list of Texas legends attached to it, but it does feature several players who made meaningful contributions during their time in Austin. Kheeston Randall gets the top spot, in my opinion. Randall started 35 games during his Texas career and finished with 98 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, four sacks and 25 quarterback pressures. He earned All-Big 12 honors in 2011 and was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the seventh round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He was a steady presence on the defensive front during a transitional era for the program. Ethan Burke played in 51 games, recorded 17 starts and earned Honorable Mention All-Big 12 honors in 2023. His 2024 season was arguably his most complete, highlighted by nine tackles for loss, an interception returned for a touchdown, four pass breakups and a blocked kick. Bryce Cottrell rounds out the list. While he wasn’t a full-time starter, he was a reliable contributor across four seasons, finishing with 53 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks and three pass breakups. Any older No. 91s you’d put into the discussion?
  4. This will get you up for next season. Madi Doty. https://x.com/ihss_dfw/status/2061840262142546335?s=20
  5. Scumbags came back to take 9-7 lead. State just tied it up at 9 top 6th.
  6. Georgia-Miss State now tied 9–9, this game is insane.
  7. There's a lot on the otherside of 35 that has shuttles to the Disch, but obviously not the most ideal situation. Cemetery street parking is probably the best bet? But I haven't driven to a game in a long time.
  8. Yep, this is curious. She's not on the official roster and looks like was not eligible for the spring. No recent social media posts so you have to assume she's not in the plan for 2027. Drea Wilson and MaTaia Lawson were injured. (Wilson played for Kevin Shelton at Texas Glory. That team put kids at OU, Tech, Florida, LSU, Tennessee, Arkansas, Ole Miss, A&M, and Stanford. Incoming freshman Doty was also on that team.) Interesting that Mike White just said yesterday that "nobody's leaving Texas because they like what we're doing." Looks like we're stacked with young talent. Open spots at LF, RF, 2B, C. Probably Wells and Doty backing up Kavan. Maybe look in the portal for any P with WCWS experience if any pop up.
  9. Hey guys, how is parking around the Disch? I normally park in the garage but it’s sold out. Hook’em
  10. I’m not surprised. He’s ineligible for softball.
  11. Georgia with a strong comeback coming. Now 7–5 game in B5
  12. Today
  13. I'm enjoying watching Hail State put it on the Georgia Scumbags.
  14. (3) Seed down 6-0 in the 3rd (Georgia) (4) Seed down 1-0 in the series (Auburn) (5) Seed down 1-0 in the series (North Carolina) (6) Texas vs (11) Oregon (7) Alabama opens against St Johns today. (15) Seed vs OU today (Kansas) (16) Up 1-0 in the series (West Virginia) Lots of higher national seeds going down.
  15. Miss State is abusing Georgia in Athens at the moment. 6-0 bottom 2nd. Impressive.
  16. Both in the state of Tennessee too
  17. Kid is very gifted Would be interesting to have two true freshman QB starters in SEC (Jared Curtis)

  19. Is he any good at football? On the track, he is arms lengths faster than Dillon and Easton. However, there are a lot of football/ track kids, but way more track kids who play football and really don’t at a high level. Keep an eye on Arkansas who has good history with track and football. LSU with Lane might be one to watch as well. Brian didn’t do well with track/football kids playing time and a couple have left. They used to do really well at LSU, the best perhaps. Their charismatic assistant track coach (who is from Houston) won NCAA championships in both track and football and played a few years in the NFL as well as making the Olympic finals individually.
  20. That’s more national people thinking Lewis Goosby has to go take it, but Texas wants that bigger, longer lineup IMO, Mikey Lewis would be really good as scoring punch 6th man … he’s looked good in individual work thus far I was told. Natural scorer
  21. How does this relate to the standings shown during the softball games of men’s and women’s programs. Texas only shows up on the women’s but not near the top. how does that translate to being #1 overall?
  22. The Georgia Bulldogs football team was placed in a remedial English class. The professor asked the class, "Does anyone know what comes after a sentence?'.....All of the players raised their hands. "The appeal," they shouted with pride.
  23. Seems like many national media people think Lewis is likely to start over Goosby. Is that the feeling in the building or are national people just thinking Lewis is more experienced and therefore likely to start?
