  1. Past hour
  2. Haha good luck selling that to any diehard Texas fan
  3. #10 and #12 appear to be open. I vote we plug one of them in there!
  4. I honestly don’t want to watch it. As a cowboys fan the more attention you give Jerry Jones and his BS, the more he will continue his terrible strategy of running the team. He doesn’t care about winning. I wish cowboy fans would stop going to games and buying apparel.
  5. Can finally get rid of the VHS tapes!
  6. Nah they probably got it right. Barry Sanders is obvious, and Hershel Walker rushed for over 1500 yards with close to 150 YPG three straight seasons in a more respected league. Earl Campbell was a better pro though.
  7. I’ll clarify this to say I think Tebow probably had a better offense around him. Our defense was probably as good or better than Florida’s.
  8. Clearly people need to be outraged over the punter
  9. I can't stomach the title; more like "The Gambler and his Blown Dynasty"... or "Cowboys Fans vs The Glory Hole: how Dumb Money makes Money" I don't want to reward Jerry with views, but, what can a fan do?
  10. Honestly a slap on the wrist and a smart a$$ tweet from Connor stallions to follow. Wasn’t Moore already hit with his 2 game suspension last year ?
  11. They will be forced to play on Big Noon Kickoff at 11am 5 times.
  12. Brock Bowers is heavy recency bias. I’d still take VY over Tebow. Tebow had a better overall team around him and Vince wouldn’t have been denied a conference or national championship in his final year like Tebow was.
  13. #20 from the University of Texas EARL CAMPBELL is glaringly missing from first team!
  14. 18 of the top 25 expected starting QB's in the AP Poll remain at the school that recruited them ... more than I thought
  15. Which do you see having a good role this year
  16. Do you see any of them having an impact near like what Volantis had?
  17. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/45975493/tebow-tebow-deion-sanders-ap-all-all-americans
  18. Do they get a bowl ban for a year is the Q ... because that is now missing the CFP for a season if you qualify
  19. Today
  20. Here’s where I disagree with Connelly’s holes on the lines and receiving core “logic”… Lance Gunn said it best this morning, “Colin Simmons wasn’t a starter but he can play. Burke wasn’t a starter but he can play.” Sark added Power 4 DTs Cole Brevard, Travis Shaw, Maraad Watson, Lavon Johnson to go with Alex January and Melvin Hills who have been in the program. Experience all along the line. Josiah Sharma, Lance Jackson, Justus Terry, Myron Charles as added depth in recruiting on the DL. Brooks Austin says it about Georgia all the time, “you don’t have to fill holes if you’re consistently recruiting and bringing in talent.” That’s what Texas is doing, doesn’t feel like we get the benefit of the doubt so let’s continue proving people wrong. On the receiving core end, DeAndre Moore and Ryan Wingo return. Arch got all his snaps with Wingo on 2nd team last year. We added proven talent in Jack Endries and Emmett Mosley. There shouldn’t be any question here after Sark’s proven it with Adonai Mitchell, Matthew Golden, Silas Bolden, Isiah Bond. Proven talent development in recruiting high school and transfer players via the draft. The spin I can put on Connelly’s SP+ ranking is that 5 feels like the floor for Texas given his assessment. Edit: didn’t even touch on the fact that the OL has all been in the program 2-3 years. Campbell returns, Goosby has experience by fire, Cole Hutson’s had his share of snaps, and Arch has worked with these guys on 2nd team. I had to get back to work 😂
  21. One of the first knocks on Arch was he didn't play against the stiffest competition. Well... he didn't actually play with the best talent either. When your tight end is bigger than your tackles and guards, they're going to get beat and you still have to make something happen. Watch tape of Quinn at SLC, he was never under duress and because so he developed lazy habits and bad mechanics. The same can't be said of Arch, go back and watch Arch's first touchdown throw at Texas. It was at that moment I said, yeah he has "it".
