  1. Past hour
  2. Let’s face it. Sark isn’t smart. He is a good play caller with Saban’s 5 star OL and skill guys. He is stubborn to a fault and my call is this offseason he and CDC will sit down and Sark won’t do what is asked of him and it will end bad.
  3. It’s time to quit drinking the Kool-Aid!! We have drunk from the fountain since the transfer portal window. I assume there’s plenty of talent but no chemistry no connection. Arch loves the deep ball. It’s like he has made up this mind and heshell bent- no matter the consequences. The first drive should have set the tone a real confidence builder but it was all down hil. I wonder if the players have drunk whatever they were told and think everyone is going to roll over for them!
  4. When it comes to success, your playcaller and QB coach should put your QB in the best position to succeed. But with if your QB is deficient mentally during games? Why are we trying so hard to make something work that obviously doesn't fit? Right now Arch and Sark are a square peg in a round hole. It's hurting Sark, Arch, and the team. Something has to give but I'd prefer seeing how much Lacey can handle Sark's offense over some Tebow like ugly offense that would likely result in Arch getting hurt anyways. If Lacey is accurate and makes quicker decision, we can run at least 75% of Sark's offense. Right now I think Arch only fits about 25-30% of it. Though I don't disagree with Sark receiving a lot of the play calling blame, I think there's a limit to "dumbing down" the offense that crosses the line of "you don't have a quality QB" and I feel like we are there with Arch Manning. If he doesn't even use his hot routes or dump offs, how much of the playbook do we really want the playbook to be reduced just to make a said player the QB? Sark makes the big bucks. He needs to start making tough decisions that warrant that salary and stop looking like his hands are tied.
  5. Agreed. I'm just worried we are in for an extended wait.
  6. No way he leaves georgia. He has built a powerhouse there.
  7. NIL has enabled a level playing field for every team that can raise the cash. Top teams can no longer stack and develop depth like in the past.
  8. I agree but I think another problem is if someone does something to provoke a ass kicking than they turn around and sue
  9. It’s more than has occured with Arch and he’s earned a sit down, even for a series, just as much.
  10. Auburn just beat Georgia and Tenn beating Bama SEC is crazy this year
  11. Hudibras: Also Biblocal concept tho not written word for word Spare the rod spoil the child. Michael Hopf. "Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard time" Alana McKnight / / If you don't let people experience the consequences of their actions towards you, you will remain a safe space for their worst behavior. Cross posted but definitely speaks to the " culture" at Texas. Discipline; accountability, effort. That should be a given from the very top of the program to equipment giys and waterboys..its a given at this point that does not exist in this locker Room

  13. I don't care how you do it, get Kirby Smart.
  14. Sark would make for a hell of a politician
  15. That’s absolutely unreal. He should’ve been on the injury report if that’s the case. Sounds like trouble in paradise to me.
  16. I mentioned on another thread earlier in the week that I’m concerned Sark is doing what Mack did in the early days by spoon feeding freshmen. I still remember Ced barely playing against OU while Brett Robin got the reps.
  17. Texas needs to clean up a lot of this stuff. Poor representation of the University.
  18. I think the last 2 weeks may land Sark on the hot seat. Good to vreat teams show improvement week to week. That is so.ething this offense has not done. Special teams finally had a decent game but have been a liability most of the season. I love the Muschamp defense but may loose a team leader and probably the best player on the team thus regress. The only coach I would retain on the offensive side is Juluke. Banks Flood would be gone. Jackson should get a few more weeks to evaluate. Sark should not be an oc thus a new hire would be needed there. Jason Beck if youre looking for a run centric offence or Petrino if you want the pass to be the priority would be good fits. Personally I would go with Beck for the physical road in SEC conference play. Just my 2 cents but im not paid 11 million a year to look clueless.
  19. So just curious… what will you do when all 3 say no?
  20. Let's stop with the over generalizations. This team is not trash. There's only one group of players that is playing poorly and have been for years...the OL. Everything with the offense starts there, and this group is perhaps the least skilled in Sark's tenure. I don't know if it's recruiting or development or both, but the common thread is Flood. Sark will have to dig deep to pull the plug on him, but it's time. Hire a top OL coach and a proven OC so Sark isn't spread too thin and we'll be fine.
  21. Should be ice cold I don't want a repeat of of the past 15 years again. Now should there be changes yes.
  22. Sark loves to talk about culture. Unfortunately, this is part of their identity. It’s why the run game frequently disappears. It’s why Texas hasn’t beaten Georgia. It’s why Texas couldn’t punch it in against Ohio State in the semis. This team has been, and still is, soft offensively.
