Gaston and Carlton make clear, if Schaefer doesn't like you, he doesn't treat you with humanity that he does players he likes. Listening to Gaston talk about 3 hour practices is insane. Schaefer is 0 for 4 against #1 seed's in the NCAA tournament and doesn't seem to try and win any other way than his style.
