  1. Past hour
  2. Would be lying if I said that wasn’t the first thing that came to my mind as well.
  3. Can’t understand how it would be remotely beneficial for either side to let this go sideways. Hoping he just needed to reset and shows back up to battle.
  4. That really sucks for that young man. Pray for no injuries for our Horns and all players on all teams.
  5. Lots of assumptions and jumping to unfounded conclusions. How about we let it play out?
  6. I would say let’s see what happens here. First thing, does he take part today after missing a brief time. What is known, missed recent practice time with non-injury. In question leading into the scrimmage if he’s taking part today.
  7. Not good and I had this in the back of my mind about how he might be feeling. If you deserve to start you should deserve to start. Nothing should be a given. This is why I believe Mack failed so frequently early on. He gave priority to favorites and tenured players. And I say that wishing he'll stay because he has played so well and still has so much upside.
  8. Today’s number is a pretty strong one. At No. 21, you’ve got Rod Babers, Blake Gideon, Duke Thomas and Ryan Niblett. Babers probably has the strongest peak of the group, earning First-Team All-Big 12 honors in 2002, finishing that season with 21 pass breakups and becoming a Jim Thorpe Award semifinalist. Gideon was the model of consistency, starting 52 games during his Texas career while piling up 276 tackles, 10 interceptions and 20 PBUs. He was also a two-time team captain and a fixture on some of the best Texas teams of the late 2000s. Duke Thomas put together a very solid final two seasons, earning Honorable Mention All-Big 12 twice, starting 25 games over that stretch and finishing 2014 with 3 interceptions and 10 PBUs. And Ryan Niblett has already added a major accolade to the No. 21 legacy, earning FWAA First-Team All-America honors in 2025 as a return specialist while also being named Second-Team All-SEC. So who yall got?
  9. I’m here for the writing. I stay for the community optimism…
  10. I don’t want to be too quick to judge because I could be completely wrong but could he maybe not be taking the Muschamp harping well?
  11. I thought I read in the past day or two that he had one of his best practices?
  12. Rip to our LB depth time to get Atkinson sped up
  13. Note on Tyanthony Smith As has been reported, linebacker Tyanthony Smith has missed recent practice time (non-injury). OTF was told it's in question if Tyanthony Smith will take part in the scrimmage. To add further, one source told OTF in the last few hours they don't expect Smith to take part in today's scrimmage.
