Omg, are you serious with this post?. We’re the only team in all of college that’s made the ‘final four’ in the playoffs the past two years, we’ve had 4 consecutive years of Top 5 recruiting, Sark is one of the most innovative play designers / callers in country and he’s working with a young offense who shoukd build momentum through the next 2 months.

Evening OTF - I have two tickets to the game on Saturday that I’m unable to use. They are Longhorn Foundation tickets so will be in the visitors section. Happy to part with them at face value ($225/ea.). Let me know if anyone wants them. Thanks!

OTF Premium On the Health of the RBs (Wednesday 1:30 p.m.)

Absolutely correct. Hammys tie into the ligaments of the knee down to the feet. It sucks he misses going back to Florida for a game but patience is a virtue. He needs to be 100% with his hamstring recovery. Does OTF know if his knee surgery was a cadaver graft or did they use his own hamstring graft? -

Tomorrow's post. We have a good Special Teams, but I'm worried that our D will get scored on and our O will look like the first iteration of football, trying to figure out what the forward pass is. Sark's seat is warm. Hope he gets done against Florida. I'm worried. You can save that and credit me tomorrow.

Weird, it seems like we were told for weeks CJ would be back for this game. Was there a setback? -
Sark is on the Hot Seat

Looking forward to your next post tomorrow. Wonder what it will say. - Today

Check out of series on Netflix called Wayward. There is a hot seat in the show. There is no hot seat near Sark.

The Gators defense is better than our offense. It's up to Sark and the coaches to out coach the Gators. Otherwise we lose.
-
Sark’s seat as a head coach is ice cold rn…

We have a great defense but they will get scored on, especially if the offense can't sustain drives or generate turnovers. Sark projects confidence put I am skeptical. I think the OL will be the limiting factor. Sark needs to scheme to minimize that weakness, otherwise he will lose his skill positions including Arch.

A healthy Wisner is VERY good news. We need to control possession in this game. Make Florida make mistakes. -

I was also at the 1984 monsoon tie game. Ranked #1 before the game and it felt like a complete loss to me. Fred's conservative play calling was on display that day, or maybe our offense just wasn't up to rain game against a good defense. A forgettable game in my book.

Thanks! I missed the 2000 game (mercifully) and the 1985 and 1988 games. I'm one who hopes Mateer misses this year's game. I've built up enough sooner karma over the years to think we deserve a "break," whether the break is their QB's thumb or something else! Hook 'Em!

I'm an Old Fart now, but I was at the OU Game in 1976 as a senior at UT. I remember Gerald Ford at midfield for the coin flip and all the security people surrounding him. A big deal was made of his days playing Center for the Wolverines. I remember the tie score and the other tie score in the 1984 game played in a Monsoon. Was the OU Switzer "spy" his assistant coach Larry Lacewell? There was some genuine bad blood in the rivalry during those years and I remember the Okie fans being a lot jerkier in their behavior back then. Maybe I have mellowed in my advanced years, but it seems to me the fans are more humorous nowadays. Hook 'Em!
