It was in the early third quarter. I think it had more to do with a particular play call and frustration with a question penalty on that driver. I didn’t feel like the boos were actually directed at the team and they weren’t very loud. Actually, I remember wondering what the boos were for. It wasn’t much. We were booing the refs for a few plays that serious so who knows

It's actually a pretty nuanced and interesting story re the power struggle at MADD that got her tossed out. She always claimed she wasn't against alcohol, but rather against drunk driving, that MADD was becoming neoprohibitionist. Thanks for reminding me of that history...

Only short-term. Marijuana has longer-lasting effects on the brain that alcohol doesn't have because it is metabolized so quickly. The narcotic chemicals in marijuana are fat-soluble, so they remain in your system and brain for a long time. Also, if someone drinks alcohol, then they are the only one affected. If you smoke or vape marijuana, then the people nearby are affected. It's highly intrusive, just like cigarette smoking, which I didn't think they allowed in the stands. I have no problem with marijuana if you are eating it. Just don't smoke it in the stands and blow it my way.

The founder of MADD ended up being a lobbyist for the liquor industry. Smoke that!
