Do I question flood, obviously. But look at this objectively. I am going to this school because I am their number 1 target at my position, longer relationship, more NIL, and equal education. Compared to Texas which is obviously a dream school, but they’re not half as invested in me because they offer less money, offer late, and I’m number 3 at my position on their board.

It seems the Big 12 got a hell of a lawyer and firm to handle this. They haven't made any decisions, just everything is on the table. This case is to just affirm the Conference has the right to adhere their rules bylaws, as all universities signed and agreed to abide etc. They will win this no doubt.
