  1. Past hour
  2. Wow. 😳 https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/46695228/sources-terry-rozier-arrested-part-gambling-inquiry also heat guard rozier involved
  3. 7'4" KD'ish skill set that is also the best defensive player in the world is what he may develop into if he stays healthy long enough
  4. I believe Marcus Freeman would be an upgrade at Texas.
  5. A complete freak, But that skinny frail body isn’t built to last. Dude didn’t even need to get off his feet to block that last shot of another seven footer before that step back three.
  6. I know that's why I said next guy up would be a defensive guy, aka Freeman. Hypothetically.
  7. As a spurs fan, I feel blessed. Now it’s been 5 years since we made the playoffs so if everyone stays healthy this should be the year.
  8. He's definitely incredibly mindful and intelligent about his frame and higher injury risk over time. The guy is very dialed in to maximizing his talent ... which is incredibly scary for opponents lol
  9. They say he spends as much time rehabilitating his body as he does practicing. His foot warmup is 45 minutes
  10. Agreed. He is definitely a freak of nature but bet he has lots of injury issues because of the physics of a guy that moves like that in that long body.
  11. Haha. Love it. Who knows on that ... Rockets aren't winning it this year unless they trade for a PG ... VanVleet injury was crushing If Wemby stays healthy with the young nucleus being built around him... he'll likely get 1-2. He's like nothing I've ever seen before, but that body isn't built for longevity either.
  12. Today
  13. I think he is a unicorn. I’ve never seen a player like him at all especially when you factor in his ability to hit 3s
  14. Amen Thompson will win more championships than Wemby. I said what I said 🎤
  15. Freeman is a defensive coach. He’s a Defensive back guy. He also recruits the state of Texas so he’s not unfamiliar with the area
  16. I’ll admit Im not too knowledgeable on basketball, so this guy is basically an uber athletic Yao Ming? Jesus he’s insane.
  17. We are now witnessing a 7’4” guard skills player that has to be defended by bigs (really skilled NBA bigs to be clear), and is the best rim protector in the world on the other end. What he did last night to Anthony Davis and Derek Lively was pure basketball insanity.
  18. I'd go with a name and number combo that connects to something personal or just looks cool regardless of player loyalty. I’ve got a Jacob Murphy Newcastle 2025/2026 away jersey by adidas on pre-order just because the color scheme matches my sneakers and I liked how the font looks—nothing deep. Sometimes it's all about how it feels when you wear it, not who’s on the back.
  19. It’s actually enjoyable to be a Texas Longhorn fan .
  20. Lots of dudes on the short bus here. The sky may not be falling but that roof over their head ain’t that high.
  21. we are 5-2 one our losses was to Ohio State .The #1 team in the country . We lost by 7 points. 14-7 . The sky isn’t falling. All this hype improves ratings & brings in more subscribers. It also distracts our coaches & players. They hear the noise. Hurts or recruiting. Nothing positive comes out of negativity. College Football is a great sport. Let’s enjoy it .
  22. My problem with this logic is Texas, as a program, should be beyond that. Texas should never be rebuilding, not in this day and age, and that is in fact on Sark. Ultimately he makes a lot of money, and he needs to justify through performance the earning of that money.
  23. Please explain how Sark is supposed to go on the field and make routine passes for Arch. Arch is clearly having confidence issues. If he gets those fixed, I’m sure this offense looks immensely different and all the cryers calling for Sark’s head would be doing the opposite and wanting to anoint him and build a statue in front of DKR. We have to let Arch figure out what’s going on in his head. We don’t have a choice. If he can’t figure it out this season, I’m guessing things will be changing drastically in the offseason. People were calling for Mack too during the Simms/Applewhite years and then we ended up with a natty and 2 seasons that arguably could’ve ended that way barring 2 miraculous plays. Not an Aaron Rodgers fan but I will quote him here. R-E-L-A-X…
  24. Sark is loved by the University administration and by the big money donors if this yr ends at 8-4/7-5 and next yr is another disappointment then I believe he will be on the hot seat in 27. However I believe in the guy. I think he gets us fixed and back to 10 or 11 wins next yr and good chance at CFP. If not 27 will be a must win yr for him imho
  25. So glad we are not in the Big XII anymore - I truly appreciate that the SEC calls out bad officiating & does something about it.
  26. Big 12 calling on line 1 Mr. Williamson ...
