Couple of college coaches (ACC and SEC - not Texas) and their agents think Baugh hits portal.  That is not an OTF report, to be clear. Just passing along chatter in the industry.,

I think you're right, you will see kids go to schools visits and commit pretty quickly, if not commit on the spot. Hell some kids already have committed to other schools without the portal being open.
