Hard to imagine how anybody coming up gets a chance with this mindset. You don’t know what the next man up can do if he’s never given the chance to be the next man up That's a lot on the players. They are jumping ship for other opportunities that guarantee them starting time verus sticking it out and developing. 2 Quote
Rocky P Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago This is something that has to be at the top of every schools list to fix. These young men are being led to slaughter with lies. 2 Quote

Absolutely, but I’m talking more about guys like the Coleman twins and Jackson Christian. Unfortunately, we’ve seen that a lot of guys are going to jump ship, but not all will. I hope some of these young guys prove a lot of people wrong and step up for us next year 1 Quote

I trust our system, and love the haul that we had. If you build it, they will come - right? Well said. It's irritating that calling out entitlement has almost become taboo in America. It reminds me of the type of new college grads that entered the workforce around 10 years ago. My message to them is, "No, I'm not an angry old man yelling at the clouds, I'm an angry old man yelling at you". 3 Quote

Niblett stuck it out and found his place and shined. I wish more players would see the success that sticking out has given players versus bouncing around. I would love to see the stats eventually of players drafted based on # of schools they went to. 4 Quote

harveycmd Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago It wouldn't be legitimate he if he played college when he was 23. That's not hard to understand. Quote

harveycmd Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I mean, Jerry West did tell Shaq that Kobe Bryant was already better than him when Kobe was 17 in July 1996. 1 Quote
