Nah I don't think so. Beers has one foot out the door and Chavez gets all the attention when she's done. At Texas she would have to compete with the number 1 ranked recruiting class, Booker, Lee, AC, and even Vic. Chavez wasn't trying to win she wanted the spotlight.

She killed it in OT against South Carolina.  The girl is as good as advertised.

I’m in agreement with your thought.  She gets to be the face of the program there, at Texas, she would split being the face, though everyone is still able to get their fair share of the spotlight provided they perform.  Jordan Lee is getting recognition as is Crump.

With all this talent coming in, similar to Sark, tough questions will start to get asked if Schaefer can't get these young ladies to the national championship game in the next few years.  I know the expectations for WBB are not the same as football, but still...

Did Jennie Baranczyk have her Sam Ehlinger moment last night?  Can't wait for Rori Harmon to put the clamps on Aaliyah Chavez in the Moody Center.

Vic says he believes Harmon is the best pg in the country, she was outplayed by SC’s guard, let’s see if she can outplay Chavez.

Rori needs to lock down on her. Chavez has a way of ensuring she gets her shot off. She's deadly from everywhere on the court.

Oh, she's good for sure, so I hope her worst career games are vs us and whoever knocks 0u out of the tourney.
