Jim Posted March 15 Posted March 15 (edited) Nice response by the guys after the Friday night game. I saw Winter was out this weekend curious how they attack Tuesday. I wouldn't mind seeing Grubbs get the start to see if he can work some things out. We need that guy who can bridge a tight game to the ninth. Cozart looks like he might be able to do that. I’ve heard a lot of criticism about our players not swinging at first pitch strikes and leaving the bat on the shoulder in other situations. They definitely showed up and showed out this weekend! 4 total runs allowed after a bad 9th on Friday. Love it, can’t wait to see them really grow in confidence as conference play goes on and they continue to have success against quality opponents! 2 Quote
