Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 1 hour ago Author Moderators Posted 1 hour ago I guess, at least Texas has the top of the order up in the top of the third. Quote

Burnt Orange Horn Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Why is Tinney going fishing for those low pitches?? Gasparino Part II?? Quote
AZ Longhorn Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Baseball is a funny game. Just gotta laugh and shake your head! We absolutely still have a chance in this game. We can score in bunches, we can come back, and SC is opening with their closer for an expected bullpen game (and their bullpen is... not great). In addition, it will be important for the overall series for Ruger to find his command and give us some length today. Our trusted bullpen is very thin, and two of the three pitched two days ago. He's only at 32ish pitches, so if he improves his execution, he can absolutely give us great length still. 1 Quote

Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 1 hour ago Author Moderators Posted 1 hour ago A two-out solo bomb by Robbins gets the Longhorns on the board in the top of the third. To the power alley in left-center and to the parking lot. A 422-foot blast for his 11th home run of the season. 1 Quote

Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 1 hour ago Author Moderators Posted 1 hour ago I know the SEC likes the Thursday games for TV, but the low attendance takes away from the vibe. And, yes, South Carolina being down doesn't help. 1 Quote

He didn't. A blooper over Mendoza's outstretched arm is an RBI single for the Gamecocks. Quote
