Is Tennessee women's basketball on the verge of becoming Nebraska football?

No Final Four appearances since Pat Summitt's last national title in 2008. Now, the 2026-27 roster is starting completely from scratch:

They're certainly following the same blueprint that Nebraska football followed that led to their decline post-2001.  Hard to believe the program has fallen this far since the Pat Summitt days.  They probably should do a hard reset and find a new head coach and go from there.

@Jeff Howe there going to become louisana tech if they go find the right coach. Don’t be surprised if they struggle next year an they go after Dawn Stayley an make her the highest paid women’s coach in basketball

South Carolina would match Tennessee and more to keep Dawn.
