.45s Posted April 10 Posted April 10 What kind of sausage is that? I grew up with dad grilling leg quarters, burgers, and occasionally hot dogs too.  I don't ever recall a steak being grilled.  However, I have some steak and some leg quarters in the fridge right now. 🤣 Quote

To me a grilled steak is the only way to go. Ive cooked them in the cast iron and theyre goid, but there's just something about that grilled flavor. Quote
