Texas will play host to another big recruiting weekend with the Longhorns set to scrimmage on Saturday. 

OTF will be keep you updated in this thread with all the latest buzz we're hearing coming out of the Forty Acres.

John Meredith III, CB, North Crowley (Texas) — already on campus 
Toa Satele, LB, Mililani (Hawaii) — already on campus
Lucas Rhoa, OT, Orange (Calif.) Orange Lutheran — already on campus 
Ismael Camara, OT, Gilmer (Texas) High — already on campus

Of note, a source inside the program tells OTF that 4-star safety Semaj Stanford -- who's set to announce a decision on April 23 between Texas, Georgia, and Oregon -- is expected back either this weekend or next weekend.

Was just told he's in Austin today. So yes, already in town.

I'd say so. There's confidence on Texas' end but can't let your guard down with UGA and Oregon.

Apologies if I am misreading, but does this list include the '26 late riser who we are expecting in as well?  Any late interest there from other schools?  It seems like with a kid like that, who makes sense to park on the roster for a few years to see if it all comes together, you are competing against a potential late NIL offer from a mid-major or institution with similar academics, whether it be a UTSA, a Rice, etc.

Because I was trying to get clarity around when he actually came in.  I’m a member on several sites and try to digest as much longhorn recruiting info as I can.  No harm in asking a question.
