THookem Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago https://www.espn.com/contributor/pete-thamel/6f049f0563b18 Big news for Oklahoma football. A judge in Cleveland County, Okla., has granted Owen Heinecke a preliminary injunction, which will allow him to play at OU for the 2026 season. The NCAA had previously ruled against his waiver for a fifth year of eligibility. He had 40 tackles and three sacks for OU last season. Quote

Leveller Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago To be fair, I never thought his small lacrosse career should have counted as a year of playing college sports. Quote
Brad Kay Posted 8 minutes ago Posted 8 minutes ago 5 to play 5. I was on varsity golf team for one semester as a freshman at college in Colorado and after my long circuitous route to UT, I was unable to even walk on to try and make team since my eligibility would run out at the end of that year. I had to settle for winning the intramural golf tournament. Big whoop! Quote
