OKKKAAAAYYYYYYY so they go to bat for him so hard for months appealing multiple times to the NCAA on his behalf AND support his temporary injunction efforts. Make a hostage video explaining why they do it BUT now they told him he wouldn’t play for Tech this season and that’s why he dropped the suit?! If that’s true they would’ve just done that from the beginning. I’m sure they did say that AFTER the big 12 schools made Yormark actually do something said F this we’re going to federal court just to tell y’all we can enforce the rules you agreed to. They had their chance to do the right thing and missed it months ago. Go be the glorified community college you’re destined to be.

so either Tech knew at the time and dint care, or the agent knew and didn’t tell Tech. If I’m Tech I’m going after the agent for not disclosing that he knowingly gambling
