Moderators Blake Munroe Posted July 21 Moderators Posted July 21 Texas LHP Haiden Leffew has signed with the Rays. Leffew wasn’t drafted in the 2026 MLB Draft, but signed an UDFA deal late last week. This came as no surprise to the Horns coaching staff. Leffew provided Texas with a valuable high-leverage arm out of the bullpen during the 2026 season. In 17 relief appearances, he went 4-1 with a 4.05 ERA while striking out 31 batters over 20.0 innings and holding opponents to a .176 batting average. He had a season-high five strikeouts in three scoreless innings against Tennessee. 5 1 Quote
