Great roster of players--especially the group attending more than 1 year.  This year's group did well at the mic--clearly trying to be careful and not generate locker room material for opponents.

What are the biggest area/s of improvement did you see and what needs to be improved??  For me Arch throwing layered passes as opposed to rockets to everyone.  I think thats part of the worm dirt searches he had a hard time with.  Patience for Arch instead of quick bail, and communication for the oline.  Defense would be just let the game come to you. By doing this, everyone gets the opportunity to chip in and the rest of the stats will come.
