Does Silas Bolden scholarship count now, or does he have to be on campus before it counts

Does Silas Bolden already count as a scholarship player? Or will Texas need to make sure they have another kid leave the program for his scholarship?

All the summer arrivals count. Texas currently at 85 including Bolden, M Kern, S. Wilson and Kibble
