noahlebig
Obviously Tacario Davis would be the #1 option, but it IT boards seem to be talking about Denver Harris. Would there be any possibility Texas pursues 2 DB’s? I feel like first we need to get a DT and 1 DB, then maybe look back at both positions. Ik the mods are not that naive Yeah, but a lot of those clowns are pushing for Cormani McClain too... and tbh, Cormani is probably more realistic (in terms of Sark's interest) than Harris and Cormani ain't happening. If the rumors about McClain not attending classes, etc. are true, I'd question if he could even get into Texas if he hasn't been hitting the books in Boulder.

I've seen no separate agreement that says that incoming schools are bound by this. If someone does transfer before then either way, I would expect a legal challenge if the SEC tries to prevent that player from playing this fall. Texas football players can’t transfer to SEC schools SEC football players can’t transfer to Texas during the spring is the rule. Regardless of what anyone says, Texas and Oklahoma are in the B12 until July 1. Is baseball playing in the SEC? No! Dud golf and tennis just win the SEC championships No! They won the B12 Championships. Reality is rather unforgiving regardless of anyone's "beliefs."

Your reasoning is wrong. Just stating the facts of the rules as they have been stated. 1) The rule only applies to trans in the SEC 2) Neither Texas nor Oklahoma is in the SEC until July 1. No one can cite how the internal SEC rule applies to teams outside the conference.
