Start Arch, let him play for the 1st quarter. He'll probably get 10 points on the first two drives, then the quarter ends.

Bring in KJ for the second quarter. New script, he can score based on a lack of film with KJ at QB. Different script.

Bring Arch back in to start the 3rd QB. Same script as you started the 1st with.

Let KJ finish it out with his script again.

Prevents the 3 quarters of 0 offense. People forget that they have free will and can legit do anything they want. Desperate times. You can basically do anything, it won't be worse than what it has been.

I’m not reactionary on this. I was never one to call for Arch to replace Quinn (I feel vindicated on this btw).  The last few weeks the opening script has been solid. Then it goes to crap and a lot of that is on Arch, but I’m not for just straight benching him for an unproven young player. However I think there’s an opportunity here to start Arch, keep the opening script, but also build a package and script for KJ. All week let the team know what’s going to happen - Arch starts, plays his script, then KJ plays his. Put in whatever KJ does best and see if he can execute in game situations. We need to know what we have there.  Then (and this is where I have less confidence in the staff) assess who gives you the best chance that day and go with him.

I know rotating qbs is not the answer long term. But honestly it’s desperation time.

I’m with you
