Robert Gilbert Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 As mentioned on Monday’s ‘Coffee and Football’, recruiting is more of a team effort these days. Sark, the coordinator, and the position coach tend to be all involved in the recruitment. As I understood it, the HC got involved in special cases but now is involved in almost every player.
