When recruits verbally commit to programs like Oregon with a blank NIL check, how many of them are actually trying to squeeze a bit more from other programs that they may actually want to go?

Maybe not even want to go to, but just continue to keep the recruitment open. 

I think it happens in general these days ... not a singular program!
