He airmailed one INT but other than that, they looked absolutely blanketed.

A&M doesn’t have the QB & weapons to really stress them enough but they also appeared to be a good unit. That DB Xavier Watts led the NCAA with 7 interceptions last year & had another last night.

Clearly there are issues
Longhornmd
I think Elko made a mistake by not trying to recruit Riley. He really likes look he could run Klein’s offense better. The way Riley runs is a lot like Tebow, Klein, Bell and Ehlinger very powerful. A&M’s defense will keep them in games for sure. It did look like A&M’s defense worn down a little in the 4th quarter. Bad angles and missed tackles really hurt them.

He was clearly the better OC in that contest last night. Switch talent on the field and I think ND wins that game b/c of coaching.
Steamboat Willie
Wondering what all the recruits at the Aggy game thought about the prolific offensive display.

I don’t think he was all that great for K State as OC. I don’t think Weigman fits the system. Maybe that is due to receivers, or Weigman was not making good decisions and throws. Al Golden called a great defense last night. I wonder if Henderson played if the A&M offense would have played better? tfoster40
Well I think we can count Norte Dame as one of the 12 playoff teams this year! They shouldn’t lose to anybody on there schedule going forward.
Red Five
Watching last night, it's hard to imagine atm being able to score enough points on us to stay in the game.
