Culture difference under Sark

I watched this interview of Jake Majors on 3rd and Longhorn on YouTube and one of the points that caught my attention was Alex Okafor talking about how the culture is different with Sark with regards to former players.

At about the 3:20 mark, Okafor talks about how while he was in the league, Herman did not allow him to use the weight room.

I would think that you'd want NFL players to hang around the team to provide insight and support but I guess that's another reason I'm glad Sark's here.
