We should be quite a bit better this year with the portal additions they’ve made, getting Rori back, hs recruits they are bringing in, plus Booker a year under her belt. She’s going to probably end up being the best player we’ve ever had…..sooner rather than later. I sure hope they can get the Chavez girl to come on board. CDC knew what he was doing when he hired Vic.

Grace Knox Update🚨

#6 2025 Recruit Grace Knox is in the process of making a decision and has about 4 schools in the mix including:

LSU🐯
Tennessee🍊
USC✌️
Texas🐮

She has already visited Texas this past weekend and has planned visits to Tennessee and USC.

Big year for Bueckers.  Should be fun to watch. 

 

Really excited to see how our blend of young talent and experienced leadership comes together this season.  The interview y'all did with Shay Holle a few weeks ago was awesome and shed some good light on the team dynamics!

South Carolina is going to be a complete juggernaut to overcome but i am sure the team will be up for it.

Starting 5 absolutely stacked with Rori, Phelia, Book, A-Mo, and Jones. Will be interesting to see how the bench plays out. Holle will get her lion’s share as the 6th man at the 2 and 3 with Lee getting spot minutes here and there. Curious to find out if Preston gets thrown into the fire when Rori needs a break/gets in foul trouble or if they choose to develop her and let Book run the show in those minutes like last season. Also let’s see if Carlton gets Muhammad’s minutes at the 4 or if Mwenentanda developed enough over the offseason to steal some rotation minutes. Oldacre will obviously be the backup 5 but hopefully Boutillier is healthy and can get some garbage time action.
