On why the Longhorns were unable to win on Saturday:

Texas having 4 turnovers offensively which went to 17 UGA points and then forcing three turnovers and converting to just 7 points.

Average drive start in the 1H for UGA was at their own 47 yard line vs. Texas' was at their own 23.

Sarkisian praises Vandy's complementary football approach. Vandy has the best T.O.P. in the SEC and has only turned the ball over twice in conference play.

Texas ran 76 plays against Georgia.

Alabama ran 48 plays against Vanderbilt. Next opponent ran 52 and then Ball State ran 60. To give an idea of possession.

On the S room: Michael Taaffe and Jelani McDonald are more than likely our starters. Jordon Johnson-Rubell will get more looks on the field.

Jahdae Barron is in play to get safety snaps for the Longhorns as well.

Sarkisian says he believes he will be fine with the rotational defensively.

On Ewers' mentality: Sarkisian says he was very clear with Ewers why he made the move before the end of the first half.

"I think he is going to come out and play really good football for us in the 2nd half of the season."

I’m curious what the leash is going to look like. Sark can tell us what he wants, he’s driving the bus…but what we saw from Quinn cannot continue to happen or we’ll lose.
