ImDirtydan01
Keith Niebuhr from On3 for Florida posted this earlier today in the morning. Really hope we don’t lose out on Ffrench here to a coach who may not even see his 5th year. Corey & I received an interesting note this a.m. The word is, one of the schools involved with 5-star OL Solomon Thomas (FSU commit) and 5-star WR Jaime Ffrench (Texas commit) thinks there's a better than 50-50 chance both of those players ultimately will land with the Gators. We were not given a reason as to why this school feels that way, but thought we nonetheless would pass it along to you all. Ffrench will officially visit the Gators this weekend. It's our belief Thomas also will be on campus, but as an unofficial. Edited November 16 by ImDirtydan01

bierce
Since FSU is likely to lose everyone, its fans are trying to ease their pain by hoping other schools will also lose recruits.

harveycmd
Can't see Ffrench being that stupid. He knows what Sark does for receivers. Edited November 16 by harveycmd

He may view it as an opportunity to come in & be the number 1 guy for a talented qb in lagway. Not saying that’s the right choice but that’s definitely something that resonates with young wr’s. qaertyisthatdude
What if Napier loses out? A loss @ FSU in particular would not sit well with UF boosters. If Ffrench flips, Moore is back in play. Edited November 16 by qaertyisthatdude

If you look at Napier and Sark when it comes to getting receivers ready for the NFL, there's no comparison. He can see that. Getting ten more receptions as a freshman doesn't do anything long term. The way he played that Oregon switcheroo didn't set well with Sark.

Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted November 16 Moderators Share Posted November 16 We shall see what happens. Florida would have to do something otherworldly to make it happen - from what I was told earlier in the week. Florida, and Miami, are telling Ffrench he can come in and start and be a top 2 targeted WR. Miami is telling three HS WR's that. There is one person in the outer circle telling him to consider it. Aside from Ffrench's relationship with Sarkisian and Chris Jackson, Ffrench's mom has a very good relationship with both.
Chinadoll10
What did we say about the wide receiver position at Texas? Don’t worry about it. If JF is as smart and savvy as GH has said he is, he knows being a Longhorn is the best path for him.
utx2
He has to what Arch brings to the table for next two years. Something different than others
