The age old 'Will he make it to campus question" is changing because of NIL.  Unless a high schooler is a first or maybe second rounder, NIL and college is a better route.  And now you add the competition of the SEC.   Unless MLB throws millions at a kid there is no reason to go MLB.

It’s also going to come down to what the kid thinks of himself. MLB will love his arm, as he will hit 100 mph. 

But he’s also an elite SS prospect, especially at the collegiate level. 

You’ll see him play both at Texas, imo, if it all works out.
