Same time of injury but vastly different injury. One is an ACL vs Achilles rupture. both take about a year depending on how severe the rupture is but rehab and ability to cut will be on a different timeline. Quote

Georgia and Bama are great examples of the impact a portal RB can have with Gibbs and Etienne. Both contributed heavily to their 3 victories against us the past few seasons. I think the same could have been said about us if we had a legit star at RB1 in any of those three games, plus the Ohio State game. (Brooks was that star RB for us in Tuscaloosa.) My armchair opinion is that they need to plan as though Baxter and Clark won't be effective contributors in 2025, and look at anything more from them as found money. Honestly, they're replacing 4/5 of the OL, their top blocking TE, and a 1000-total-yards, 14-TD RB, so it should be no surprise if they're unable to move the ball against stout defenses next season. Considering they're also losing their QB and top three receiving targets, they may not be able to loosen up quality defenses either, so the defense might have to carry the schedule. 1 Quote
