817 Boxing B Posted Wednesday at 08:20 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:20 PM Bobby brought up a great question in the last drop from the OTF gang. Who is our offensive playmaker in 2025? Who is that guy that scares the 💩 out of opposing teams? Who's the gameplan going to be built towards being taken away? Who is public enemy #1 when you take on the Longhorns offense this season? The easy answer is Arch, but will someone else emerge like Xavier Worthy did in 2022? Circumstances would suggest that someone will have to step into that role, and join Arch as being the guy or one of those guys, for Texas to achieve what we all want... a Natty. Let's get to it OTFF.. drop your thoughts below.🤘🏿🫡🔥 1 Quote
Austalgia Posted Wednesday at 08:26 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:26 PM (edited) Yet to be named transfer, or Ryan Wingo if he can learn to work back to ball through contact. Or, Arch just hits him in stride, and working back a moot point, and it’s OVER! Last scenario pure terror. Edited Wednesday at 08:28 PM by Austalgia 2 Quote
GetHooked Posted Wednesday at 10:05 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:05 PM Parker Livingstone will become a household name. 4 Quote
thatdude2 Posted Wednesday at 10:28 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:28 PM I think it's Ryan Wingo and Washington, but I think there will be chunk plays obtained by quite a few receivers (one the freshman receivers, Livingston)...Play Action will be a huge a weapon in attacking the medium to deep throws. Also, I think the inside zone run game gets going with a little more natural beeg in the interior, and the threat of Arch to pull it and go outside. I also see alot of early rollouts with Arch called early in games to help DEs become less aggressive. 1 Quote

syracusehorn Posted Wednesday at 11:24 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:24 PM A lot will be on Arch. Very little proven explosive playmakers otherwise. Maybe Wingo if he can be more consistent. Can younger guys develop into that? Sure. But not much proven explosiveness on the roster currently, and certainly not much for defenses to worry about out of the gate. As @Gerry Hamilton often says, we'll see what happens. 1 Quote
Texas fan in Georgia Posted Wednesday at 11:35 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:35 PM How about Tre Wisner. I can see him making a big jump especially with an offseason to prepare himself as RB1 until we know for sure the deal with Baxter 1 Quote
