Coworker of mine was at 1860 Italia, an Italian steakhouse, the other night and noticed the A&M coach eating at the same time. Elko apparently had three main courses, steak and two additional plates of pasta. The place isn't known for small portions either.

I've also heard from multiple people that he consumes a steady supply of KitKats and mountain dew durring the day.

Might be one of those cats who fasts all day and has a small window to eat his heart out.

I worked with a guy who’d lost 50 lbs by fasting until 11am, eating anything he wanted until 2pm and then fasting until the same time the next day. We went to lunch one day, had a lot of TexMex and I was considering taking a bit of siesta when we got back to the hotel when he piped up about the next restaurant he wanted to go to.

I would call his eating process akin to Cookie Monster at a Cumbl buffet, but he was dropping weight.

Bobby Batronic -- Some people are on the "OMAD" diet plan for weight loss and/or blood glucose management. "OMAD" is One Meal A Day and they follow a strict timetable about what and when they eat in a 24-hour window.

Aggy HC does NOT appear to be an OMAD guy to me. I'm not a medical professional so I only make a personal observation that he appears to be obese and unhealthy to me.

I'm no Aggy fan. But the last picture I saw of Elmo was concerning.

As a fellow Longhorn I appreciate your postings... have noticed your observations for years.

Doesn’t seem to be working so well if that’s what Elko is trying.

You’ve seen him, right?

Yeah. During last football season. But not recently.

He’s probably just a larda**, but there’s a chance he’s trying to reduce his rotundity.

1 meal or 5, all that matters is calories. If you eat one meal a day and 10,000 calories while you do it, reducing rotundity is not in the cards.
