Congratulations to former Longhorn football players Desmond Jackson and Peter Jinkens for their new assistant coaching gigs at Royse City.

Jackson will coach the defensive line and Jinkens will be the linebackers coach.

Dang I’m old. We played them when they were 3A. Of course I also took a track team to a meet in Frisco when they were a one 3A school town.

They haven't had many FBS kids of late. But aren't void of talent
