Great look for the 2026 Texas commit. 

Bell looked good throwing the ball at the Elite 11 earlier this year, but most of that came from stationary dropbacks. Obviously this workout is a bit more intense with a focus on individual leg strength, something that Bell is working to improve on after recovering from injury last year

It was so mentally tough.

Physically it was challenging, make no mistake. The strength and range of  motion can take so long to get back to 100%.  And the confidence to really go all-out takes even longer.

But it's the mental part that is the most challenging. It's just you vs. yourself every day for nearly a year. You have to want it so bad. You can't fake it or half-ass your work, or you'll never make it.

Can't be very fun. To come back again and again is tiresome work.
