Bell looked good throwing the ball at the Elite 11 earlier this year, but most of that came from stationary dropbacks. The strength and range of motion can take so long to get back to 100%. And the confidence to really go all-out takes even longer. But it's the mental part that is the most challenging. It's just you vs. yourself every day for nearly a year. You have to want it so bad. You can't fake it or half-ass your work, or you'll never make it. 1 Quote
