Makes sense, but wondering about the kid.  He's roughly 85% on FGs for his career with a long of 51, but was only 54% (7/13) last season.  Before last season, he was an even 90% on FGs.

Yeah..sorta? Bouwmeester is the only punter on roster. But a freshman being the backup; Kern staying would've been better in a worst case scenario. BUT if that were to happen, I'd assume Will Stone would punt.
