As if there weren’t enough moving parts with the house settlement, portal windows, NLI changes, realignment, and so on… Got to be challenging to navigate

EOs aren't "law" per se. Since SCOTUS has already broadly ruled on this issue, the EO is fighting upstream. I don't see this moving the needle much. I do see a lawsuit for a clearinghouse denial coming soon.

The person I read the most on these topics is Ross Dellenger of Yahoo. He is absolutely dialed in.

He seems to think that an EO will do nothing more than establish the CSC. After that, it’s not much meat.

Don’t disagree but when politicians (whichever party) inject themselves into the middle of our sport it makes it more difficult.
